Blown Film extrusion is a versatile manufacturing process used to produce thin plastic films of various widths and thicknesses. Widely used in packaging industries to produce plastic bags, shrink wrap, agricultural films, and industrial liners. Its advantages include high production speeds, relatively low equipment costs, and the ability to manufacture films with tailored properties such as thickness, strength, and barrier characteristics. The process offers flexibility in adapting to different plastic materials, additives, and film structures to meet specific application requirements.

BIOC01FN

SCGC GREEN POLYMERTM grade BIOC01FN is a Bio-Compostable Compound Resin designed for film products which require excellent stiffness, ease processing properties and less odor. It is particularly designed for blown film extrusion. This grade is suitable for compostable film products.

H619F

SCGC™ HDPE H619F is a high stiffness high density polyethylene resin for co-extrude blown film and machine direction oriented film applications. The resin is designed to offer good moisture barrier performance, high temperature resistance and high film stiffness when blend with LDPE and LLDPE

S111F

S111F is a high strength polyethylene produced by SMX™ technology which superior toughness and stiffness. This grade can be processed at high output blown film extrusion with excellent bubble stability. It is recommended for high quality film application such as industrial bag and products for property modification

S199F

S199F is a high strength polyethylene produced by SMX™ technology, resulting in better impact strength with excellent process ability. This grade can be produced various film widths from wider operating condition with balancing between mechanical properties and bubble stability. It is recommended for high quality film application in consumer and industrial segment such as general purpose film.
